Nora Garza

Nora is the founder and owner of NG Tax Solutions. Her educational background comes from St. Thomas University – Houston, TX, where she obtained a Bachelor and an MBA in accounting from the Cameron School of Business. She is a tax professional with over 20 years of experience supporting mainly multinational and fortune 500 companies in the sectors of oil and gas, energy, electricity and electronics. She focuses on tax provision and federal and state compliance.

Nora has provided tax consultant services to global corporations. Alongside this work, as the owner and operator of her own tax practice she specializes in preparing individual income tax returns. She is committed to continuous learning to stay current with tax laws to provide reliable service to her clients. Her career has been built on integrity, consistency, and a strong work ethic.

Karla Torres

Karla Torres is an experienced financial professional with over 10 years of executive leadership in the construction industry and 8 years of hands-on accounting experience. She serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a construction company, where she leads financial strategy, budgeting, cash flow management, and operational compliance.

In addition, Karla brings 8 years of bookkeeping experience and holds a QuickBooks Level 2 Certification, enabling her to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient financial records for small and growing businesses. Her background also includes extensive experience in business entity formation and business structure guidance, helping entrepreneurs select and register the most effective structure to support long-term growth and tax efficiency.

Karla provides tax preparation support and financial organization services with a strong focus on construction businesses, contractors, and small business owners seeking clarity, compliance, and strategic financial guidance.
